JMH developed a 143-unit rental building in Long Island City, Queens. The project is ideally located at the convergence of two of New York’s hottest rental markets, Long Island City and Astoria. Designed by architect SLCE, the building features state of the art indoor and outdoor amenities, 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail space along with parking. Occupancy commenced in August of 2021.
